This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to request assistance.

1. Warranty Coverage

All fashion items are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the delivery date.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or production defects

  • Loose seams, stitching flaws, or construction issues

  • Faulty zippers, buttons, clasps, or fastenings

  • Fabric flaws or imperfections present upon arrival

  • Incorrect item, variant, color, or size received

  • Damage caused during shipment

If your issue falls under these categories, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by washing, drying, or ironing

  • Shrinking, fading, stretching, or fabric wear from usage

  • Stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc.

  • Accidental damage (rips, holes, cuts, burns, pulled threads)

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or alteration

  • Items returned with strong odors (smoke, perfume, chemicals, etc.)

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

These issues are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Free replacement (same item, size, and color if available)

  • Full refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit for any future order

All shipping costs for approved warranty cases are fully covered by us.

5. Warranty Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible.
